At BAGGU, we strive to make your purchase experience enjoyable and risk-free. If you are not entirely satisfied with your order, please review our return and refund procedures below.

Return Eligibility and Conditions

You may request a return for eligible products within 30 days of delivery. To qualify for a return, products must meet the following conditions:

  • Remain substantially in their original condition
  • Have not been used beyond reasonable inspection
  • Show no damage due to misuse or improper handling
  • Include original packaging where applicable
  • Contain all accessories and included components
  • Be identifiable as part of the original order

Some products may have specific return restrictions related to type, hygiene, personalization, or customization. Such limitations will be communicated before purchase when applicable.

How to Initiate a Return

  2. Provide your order details and specify which product you intend to return.
  3. Submit any requested documentation or photographs to assist in reviewing your request.
  4. Upon approval, you will receive instructions on how to complete your return shipment.

Return Shipping

If you return an item due to a change of mind or personal preference, you are responsible for the cost of return shipping.

If the product is defective, damaged upon receipt, or incorrect, BAGGU will provide alternative return arrangements at no cost to you.

Please note original shipping charges may not be refunded where allowed by law.

Refund Processing

Returned products will be inspected upon arrival. If they meet our return criteria, BAGGU will issue a refund to your original payment method within 5 to 10 business days.

The timing of the refund depends on your payment provider and bank processing times.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or differs from what you purchased, please notify us promptly at felixurunu756@gmail.com.

We may request photos and order information to evaluate the issue and arrange a resolution.

Exchanges

Exchanges may be possible depending on product availability. If a replacement is not available, a comparable solution will be offered when applicable.
